All Cozy!

 

I had to quickly run to the mall to grab some Bath & Body Works 3-wick candles that were on sale for $10.25 each - that's a good deal! I wore everything cozy. Cozy sweatshirt, fleece lined leggings and sherpa lined boots!!!

Your Ugly Leather Pants?

Do you watch Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? If you do, then you know what Sutton said about Crystal's UGLY LEATHER PANTS!!! LOL. Crystal's were real leather and probably lord knows how much. Mine are FAUX and around $40ish. Sutton probably would still say they are ugly.

Cognac Slacks Girl

Top & Pants: Thrifted, Booties: Forever 21, Necklace: ?, Glasses: Dollar Store

Just working the word Cognac into a title. These pants are thrifted Pendleton so they are all wool. Whew! They are heavy pants and majorly scratchy. Thank the Lord there is lining on the inside.

Garden Granny Girl

 Sweater: Old Navy, Skirt: Eddie Bauer, Hat: Vintage, Blouse: Gap (thrifted), Sandals: Target

I feel like a granny in her garden, cleaning out the dead plants. Hey, what can I say? A fluffy sweater, long skirt and socks with sandals. Granny chic!

 

Stripes and Bows Girl

Dress: Vintage, Boots: Steve Madden, Hairbow: Thrifted

This dress has immediately become one of my all time favorites. I ran across it at the Rescue Mission Thrift Store and it had terrible little spots all over it. I couldn't tell if it was just dust or some sort of mildew?? I don't know. I almost didn't get it. But I brought it home and cleaned it by hand and worked on each little spot. I got it back to it's original splendor and now I love it.

 

Happy Labor Day Girl

I actually took these pictures on Friday but I thought it was pretty fitting for Labor Day. I really didn't chose a red barn on purpose but it all worked out! Well, while I was taking these pictures the heel on my sandal completely broke. I have never had that happen before. I've seen it happen in the movies or on tv and I was always like - how does that happen? Well, now I know. Randomly!

Cropped Sweater Girl (Second Attempt)

 

Sweater & Jeans: Thrifted, Wedges: Target, Belt: Thrifted

I really enjoyed this second attempt with styling the cropped sweater much better. I don't really know why exactly other than the fact that I just felt more comfortable. So, for this look, I ditched the necklace and skirt and went with a lime green high waisted jean. I still went with the high waisted option because I don't want pull a B Spears showing of my tum tum. I changed the wide belt to a skinny belt and chose to add a second pop of color with the mustard colored wedges. Brian actually helped me with the shoes because I was a little torn between a pair of light pink or these. Mustard wins!

Fleur

Taking time to take it easy with my new little friend. Isn't she a cute puppy? She could have cared less about what I was doing other than if I was going to open the door or not! Brian and I stopped by a friends house after we cooled off after work at a local brewery. On an outfit note - I felt hesitant with wearing jean capri's because you just don't see them much anymore....but they worked for this outfit so I went with it. I would much rather have some boyfriend cut capri's now.... But I do love love love the flower cut out detail in the top. It had me at "purple-flower-cut-out"
