I believe my autumn depression is officially over. I've not felt one bit sad that fall is here this year. I used to dread it so much. Even the scents of fall in the air would make me a little nauseaous. I have really been working on myself lately from the inside out. I've been a part of a great group of men and ladies at one of my local churches for the past 3 months or so. I love the energy there. I know it has changed my life. Of course, God has had His hand in all of it as well. Honestly, I don't think I have ever been happier. WHA??? I know right?! Good stuff. I hope all of ya'll are doing good too. Cyber hug :)
