Cobalt Girl

 Skirt & Blouse: Thrifted, Heels: Target, Bracelet: F21

 In an attempt to clean out my closet and pack up summer stuff to make way for fall stuff I ran across this skirt. Hmm. Where has that been?! Under that big pile. Oh. I thought I would give it a whirl and paired it with this little silk blouse I got on my yard sale adventure about a month ago. I don't get to yard sales as much as I would like. I means getting up early and I just always give into sleeping.

Since I'm kind of a petite girl and definitely pear shaped, I like these types of skirts. Why? Well, because I can fake out where my waist really is! Foolery! If you are shaped like me then the next time your at the thrift store, grab a skirt like this that might be a little smaller in the waist so you can wear it up a little higher than normal. It makes you look taller and a wee bit thinner!
