These photos are a wee bit old. From May to be exact! I've really been consciously uncoupling from the blog for a while. Just enjoying summer and life. Not documenting very many outfits. Most days I am wearing things that are NOT blog worthy anyway and then, on the other hand, sometimes I am dressing up but not feeling the photo taking chore. 

These photos were taken with my iphone on a date night with my hubby. That's the only reason these photos exist because the phone is easy to grab and snap pics!

Spring Neutrals Girl

I am finally able to enjoy some of my lighter weight pants and shoes without socks this week! Wow! Spring is here! All of my flowering trees in the yard are in full bloom. I went to Lowe's over the weekend and got lots of lovely little blooming plants. It makes me so happy to see them when I drive up or look out my kitchen window. Ahhh...this is my time of year. 

I love this outfit that I pulled together from h&m recently. It's a really bad thing - or a really good thing - that I now have an h&m just a few miles from my house. Uh oh.

Forgotten Summer Girl

I found these forgotten photos buried underneath other photos of the summer. This is a seersucker dress and it reminds me of deep southern lawyers sweating in the Mississippi heat - ok, that's just because I've watched too much Matlock or seen O Brother Where Art Thou too many times. It just screams Charleston to me which can only mean that I need a beach trip before it gets cold. Right?

Yesterday was so beautiful! Today is as well! I have the front door open and I am so excited. 

I'll be back later with a product review for Kiss Nail products! I can't believe I liked the press on manicure! 

I cut a few inches off of my hair to get a fresher look. It really needed it. I go in a few weeks for some highlights. I can't keep up with pulling out the little gray hairs anymore! Gonna just try to hide them at this point. I think I am going for growing out my layers for a little bit. I think when I cut it earlier this week I ended up trimming the top layer a bit too much. I feel it is a little to fluffy on the top. As you can tell, I have it pulled back here in these photos! I think if the layers grow just a bit, it will frame my face a little better.
